3. Collection and storage of personal data, and the nature and purpose of its use
a) When visiting the website
When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is stored temporarily in what is known as a log file. The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is deleted automatically:
- Pages visited
- Date and time of access
- Volume of data sent, in bytes
- Source/referrer from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used The data collected serves solely to compile visitor statistics on the use of our website and to improve our website.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the processing purposes listed above.
b) When contacting us by email
When you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address and, where applicable, your name and telephone number) is stored by us in order to handle your request or answer your questions.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of consent given voluntarily.
We delete the data arising in this context once storage is no longer necessary – for example because your enquiry has been dealt with – or we restrict processing where statutory retention periods apply.
c) For online applications
If you apply to us online, we process the personal data you submit (application data), in particular
- Surname, first name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Application documents (cover letter, CV, references and similar) exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. Your application data is not used beyond this purpose.
This personal data is generally deleted automatically three months after the application procedure has been completed, should your application for the position be unsuccessful. Deletion after three months does not take place only where statutory provisions prevent deletion, where storing the data is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or where you have expressly agreed to longer storage.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR.
d) When using our “Contact & Booking” contact form
We provide a “Contact & Booking” contact form on our website through which you can get in touch with us.
To deliver the message from the form we use Web3Forms (web3forms.com). According to the provider’s own privacy policy (as of 13 July 2026), Web3Creative acts as our processor for form submissions; the service is operated from India and uses infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner.
The purpose of the processing is solely to deliver your message to us: the data is transmitted to the service’s servers and delivered from there by email to our address info@welike.com.
The data processed is what you enter in the form – the role you selected, your name, your email address and your message –, your email address additionally as the reply-to address of the email, and the technical metadata that arises when the interface is called (IP address, browser identification, date and time). To prevent spam, the provider states that the sender’s IP address and email address may be passed on to the services CleanTalk and Akismet.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR together with the consent you give pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR when you submit the form, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
Transfer to a third country: because the service is operated outside the European Union and its infrastructure sits in several regions, your data is transferred to a third country. As a safeguard the provider names the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), set out in its data processing agreement.
Retention at the provider: according to its own statements, form submissions are stored for a maximum of three years from the date of submission and are then deleted automatically; server logs are deleted regularly. The provider’s privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.
If you would prefer to avoid this transfer, please write to us directly at info@welike.com or give us a call.
Your data is processed for the purpose of establishing a business relationship and of fulfilling the obligations connected with an existing business relationship, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Personal data that is not strictly necessary for the above purpose but is nevertheless helpful because it makes business communication easier (e.g. telephone number or email address) is processed on the basis of the consent you have given pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
Your data is deleted once it is established that no business relationship will be entered into with you, or after an existing business relationship with you has ended, unless we are obliged or entitled to store your data for longer under statutory provisions. Deletion also takes place if we process the data on the basis of the consent you gave and you have effectively withdrawn that consent.
4. Disclosure of data
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We disclose your personal data to third parties only where:
- you have given your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
- disclosure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in your data not being disclosed,
- there is a statutory obligation to disclose the data pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, and
- this is legally permissible and necessary pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of contractual relationships with you. Personal data that you have submitted to us in the course of your online application is generally forwarded only to the persons or internal departments of our company responsible for the specific application procedure.
5. Cookies
We use cookies on this website. These are small text files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our website.
The cookie stores information that arises in connection with the specific device used. This does not, however, mean that we thereby gain direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies increases the usability and security of this website. Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive again at the end of the browser session (“session cookies”).
In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise usability; these are stored on your device for a defined period. If you visit our website again to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already been with us and which entries and settings you made, so that you do not have to enter them again.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed when cookies are set and can allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
6. Tracking and advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses the “Google Analytics” service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The service uses “cookies”. By storing the cookies on your computer, Google can analyse your use of our website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website and your IP address is generally transferred to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there.
If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, first be truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services connected with website use.
This website uses Google Analytics with the “anonymizeIp()” extension. IP addresses are therefore processed further in truncated form. Any reference to a specific person can thus be ruled out.
For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI.
You have the option of preventing the cookie from being stored on your device by adjusting the settings in your browser. However, if your browser does not permit cookies, it cannot be guaranteed that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restriction. You can also prevent the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) from being collected by Google and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
With this tracking measure we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet demand and is continuously optimised. We also use this tracking measure to record the use of our website statistically and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising what we offer you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the provision cited above.
We carry out this measure on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Facebook
Facebook fan page
We use the Facebook platform for our fan page https://www.facebook.com/weliketalents. For this purpose Facebook sets cookies on the devices of users of our fan page and thereby collects information about the use of our fan page. Each of these Facebook cookies has a unique cookie ID. On the basis of the data processing carried out by Facebook in this respect, we (and Facebook) can receive anonymised statistical data from Facebook concerning your use of this fan page. If you have any questions about this, please write to us at the email address given above.

In the latter case you have a general right to object, which we will implement without you having to state a particular situation.
If you wish to exercise your right to object, an email to info@welike.com is sufficient.
9. Data security
Your online application is transmitted in encrypted form in line with the current state of the art.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
